Marketing Manager
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or A2 degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA may be preferred for senior roles).
- Professional Experience: 1 year of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in leadership or managerial roles. Experience with various marketing strategies, such as digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and traditional marketing. Experience in campaign management, from planning through execution and analysis. Familiarity with brand management and customer segmentation.
- Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis. Ability to use marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, SEO tools, social media platforms). Budget management experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing teams and collaborating with other departments. Creativity and strategic thinking, with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing market conditions. Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the business’s goals.
- Leadership and Team Management: Experience managing a team of marketers, with an ability to delegate tasks effectively and motivate team members. Cross-functional collaboration skills to work with sales, product development, and other departments.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze marketing performance data, derive insights, and adjust strategies accordingly. Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI analysis.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the mineral trading activities. Competitor analysis and awareness of current trends in the marketing field.
- Certifications (Optional but beneficial): Digital Marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, etc.). Project management certifications (e.g., PMP).

Project Manager
Requirements
- Education and Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, geology, mining engineering, or a related field. Project management certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 may be advantageous.
- Experience: Proven experience in project management, ideally within the exhibition, event management, or mineral sectors. Experience in coordinating large-scale events, exhibitions, or trade shows. Background in the mineral or mining industry would be a plus.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of the mineral industry, including understanding of mineral types, mining processes, and related technologies. Familiarity with event management software or project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana). Basic understanding of budgeting, cost management, and procurement processes.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and team members. Leadership and team management skills to oversee event teams and ensure smooth execution. Problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected issues during the planning and execution of the exhibition.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent planning and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and resources. Ability to coordinate logistics, including transportation, exhibition booth setup, and equipment management.
- Knowledge of Industry Regulations: Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations specific to the mineral industry and event setups. Familiarity with the rules and guidelines for hosting exhibitions and trade shows, particularly for minerals.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure exhibits, presentations, and displays meet high standards of quality.
- Networking and Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, industry professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Budget and Financial Management: Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to meet the financial goals of the exhibition.
- Cultural Sensitivity and Adaptability: Understanding local cultures, laws, and business practices.
